HOW TO ORDER

Please NOTE: I no longer accept credit cards directly. You may use your credit card ONLY through PayPal. I refuse to pay the high bank fees and card company fees that they now charge. PayPal is easier, cheaper (especially for international purchases) and Safe!

Ordering directly from Mountain Blue is easy:

1. Make your selection, noting the MBM-number (for undercoated products) or PMBM-number (for fully hand-painted items).

2. Email your selection, noting the MBM - product number and quantity of each item you require. Send your email to keith@mountainblueminiatures.com and include your delivery address so that mailing costs can be calculated. For Australia, a post code is all that is needed: for rest of world, your country of residence is all that is needed. I can quote postage costs on that information.

3. You will receive a return email with a quote for the cost of figures, plus cost of shipping your order. Once you have accepted the full quote, an Invoice for Payment via will be forwarded. You can then choose to complete your transaction using your VISA or MASTER CARD and as soon as PayPal advises that the transaction is complete, your Mountain Blue Miniatures figures or detail parts will be in the mail and on their way to your door.

Within Australia you may also pay by Direct Deposit (EFT). Details will be provided on request.

                         Shipping Charges are at actual Cost.
   Mail cost depends greatly on the weight of the package, but is generally reasonable considering the cost of the figures. Just ask and I will get a quote for mail to your location.
    I ship to any of the PayPal serviced countries by your choice of either Airmail, or Express Post International. EPI is more expensive, but offers a quicker service with the ability to track progress of the parcel via the internet.
From experience, mail delivery times to the USA, Canada, Europe and the UK usually take about seven days.
